The hotel opened its doors in the year 1998 in the outskirts of Sant Lluís, after three years of intense work of remodeling the traditional menorquin country house, known as “lloc”. Since then, the interior design and its gardens have transformed it in the ideal shelter to disconnect from the day to day stress. Without a doubt, it’s the best option to escape and have a relaxing stay in the middle of the menorquin field.

Gardens and pools with turquoise highlights and classic style
The Biniarroca rural hotel is a haven of peace in plain nature and it’s fair to highlight the beauty of its gardens. A walk around this spaces leads the guests to enjoy this diverse flora and fauna, always surrounded of characteristically elements of the Island and with a decoration based in roses, tamarind and leafy and fruity trees. The paths are delimited by dry stone , the traditional menorquin stone without using a mortar of any kind, following ancestral methods; and marked with mares , the typical stone in this Mediterranean fields and the base of the rural architecture of Menorca.
The pools , of turquoise highlights and classic style, are the ideal space for relaxation. In the bigger one, with capacity of up to 30 people, you can find a bar where we serve dinner for our clients or a relaxing cocktail in any given time of the day. At mid afternoon, you can enjoy one of our homemade cakes with Xoriguer gin and juniper berry , with field pumpkin, ginger and chocolate… At dawn , it becomes the ideal place to taste a cocktail with the light of the candles. The small pool , in the gardens, offers privacy and exclusivity for those guests that want to enjoy the most private and absolute silence and a precious calm surrounded of luxuriant vegetation.
The breakfast offer is both varied and nutritious, perfect to start the day loaded with energy. We offer a continental breakfast in two buffet areas, and other products under request (e.g.: eggs, bacon, premium cheeses, Iberian acorn ham …). Served in the restaurant, we have an indoor and an outdoor area, as well as room service for hotel guests.
Our noon menu combines quality products with simplicity and competitive prices. In a friendly and casual service, enjoy salads, pasta, rice, fried foods such as croquettes, anchovies and squids, and delicious homemade desserts.
Served in the outdoor pergola of the front patio, and in the pool for our guests, the offer is distinguished for its base being the local product, of proximity, for those who seek a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, sharing dishes and tapas with friends, family or co-workers.

Pampering the local product with trusted suppliers and combining it with our own vegetables, herbs and aromatic herbs; elaborating all our recipes from scratch, extracting the properties of each ingredient and combining them to achieve surprising proposals, that leave no one indifferent.
We believe in and bet on the cuisine of Menorca, and those of the countries that surround us in the Mediterranean. That is why our current menu is the result of the combination of the recipe of the island, reinvented by our chefs, that will surprise the most demanding palate; And our classic dishes with French and European influences that have been accompanying us for years and delight our loyal customers.
