The property consists of different constructions: main villa, guest bungalow, museum/library, winter glazed living room in the garden and staff house of the service.

The main villa is divided in three floors, built in mares stone and feature independent areas; a hall, big kitchen with professional equipment and a living room with a complimentary bathroom, three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, dressing room, office area and English style reading room. 

The bungalow for guests has two bedrooms, one double and another with double bed, it is equipped with kitchen, dining room and bathroom so that it is totally independent from the rest of the house. 

The museum/library includes a wide collection of books and works of art to delight guests, next to it there is a small gym.

The garden is surrounded by fruit trees and houses a vegetable patch, swimming pool, barbecue and dining room for 12 people. There is also a stylish glazed living room to enjoy the beauty of the garden.

There is a laundry, ironing area and a garage with capacity for 4 cars.

This spectacular villa has a priviledge location just next to the most emblematic places in the island and nearby some beautiful towns such as San Clemente, Alaior, Mahon and its natural port and Cova d'en Xoroi to enjoy nightlife and stunning sunsets.

The Villa offers an exclusive service,  it has a married couple as service and a housekeeper in the same property to take care of guests.
 

Conditions

Check-in:  from 2 pm

  • Please take into account that due to the characteristics of the property it will need more or less time until the key  hand over.
  • Minimum stay 6 nights

 

Check-out:  10 am

 

Payments:

  • First payment of 35% as deposit upon reservation.
  • Second payment of 65% that will be maid 8 weeks before the arrival date. 

 

Cancellations:

  • Up to 8 weeks (40 natural days) before the arrival date:  this cancellation will bring 10% to cover to cover administrative costs on reservation deposit paid.
  • If the total amount is not received on the agreed date the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
  • For cancellations made after the 8 week period all amounts paid by the customer will be forfeited hitherto.

 

Bond:

  • 3000€ to be paid via bank transfer 15 days prior arrival.
  • The bond will be returned via bank transfer once the villa has been checked and within a maximum period of 7 days.
