Exclusivity, bohemian style and sea views

This country house is located in one of the most beautiful places of the island and between the towns of Alaior and Cala’n Porter. This luxury farm is surrounded by 106 hectares of landscape and invites to enjoy pleasant walks, incredible sunsets and stunning sea views. It has an extraordinary location near Son Bou beach, the prehistoric town of Torre d’en Galmés and for those who like walking there is a road by the countryside to Cala’n Porter beach.

With rustic style and decorated with bright colors that bring bohemian touch, the property preserves its authenticity maintaining typical Minorcan elements. Structured on two floors and distributed in large spaces, the property has different interior areas and a large separate area outside the house where the pool and a shed with two chill out rooms are. There is also an area of porches and barbecue where you can enjoy pleasant summer dinners with family or friends.

The ground floor is divided into several areas. Upon entering in the house there is a small sitting room, a large living room divided into two different atmospheres, a kitchen which also keeps the Minorcan charm with a separate dining room area and a large dining room more formal for special celebrations.

The rooms are located on the sides of the house and they have access from the outside. There are two double bedrooms with single beds and shared bathroom, two double bedrooms with sea views, twin beds and en suite bathroom, as well as three double bedrooms with twin beds sharing a bathroom with shower and another bathroom with bathtub. The master room is separated from the rest and it is on the first floor. It has double bed, en suite bathroom and views to the sea.
