Es Tast de na Silvia philosophy is based on ecological products and it is in fact the only gastronomical restaurant in Menorca with certificated ecological dishes. All ingredients are from the island offering customer a real experience in local flavors, fresh and healthy food. Ingredients come entirely from Ciutadella’s countryside and sea.
Local farmers, ranchers and fishermen enable the work of Silvia Anglada to make sense using top quality products: fresh fish and selfish, meat and cold cuts elaborated with local animals, seasonal fruits and vegetables, ecological and homemade cheese.
