Felip Llufriu display his culinary knowledge and gastronomic skills in his home island in Mon Restaurant.
The restaurant is set in a traditional house in San Nicolás de Cidadela promenade. It is a cozy place but at the same time modern and hip.
Mon Restaurant Menu has a great commitment to Minorcan products. Almost all dishes are elaborated with local fish, shellfish, meat, vegetable, cheese and other local products.
Some of Menu offers are: rock fish pickled on grilled eggplant, rabbit rice and “espardenyes”, piglet with bitter orange and spicy sobrasada.
