An essential in the island

Its lobster stew is one of the best in the island, as well as monkfish, crayfish or prawns stews. Other suggestions are swordfish carpaccio, soupy rice with lobster, “el gallo de San Pedro” (John Dory or Peter’s Fish) and other fish in Minorcan style.
