Wonderful Menorcan style estate built in 1816 next to a Talayotic village and surrounded by spectacular gardens.
The surface of the house is 400m2 on a plot of more than 5,000m2 and an area that exceeds 60 hectares.
The house has 9 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, large kitchen with office, and guest toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with: dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, two refrigerators, a freezer, toaster, coffee maker, tea maker, and a wide and complete range of kitchen utensils and appliances, as well as a very complete set of crockery and glassware.
The 9 bedrooms are distributed as follows;
On the first floor three double rooms with a double bed, and two other double rooms with single beds and two full bathrooms.
On the second floor, another 4 rooms; one double with a double bed and three singles and two full bathrooms.
The outside of the house, surrounded by a large garden of grass and olive trees that offers the perfect shelter during the hot summers, in the center a large pergola where you can relax and listen to the sound of the birds.
Walking through the garden, we find a 50m2 pool, sun loungers, a seating area, an outdoor shower and a full bathroom. From that point we can see the town of Ciutadella, the sea and on clear days the mountains of the island of Mallorca.
This beautiful farm is located 10 minutes by car from Ciutadella and its commercial port and 45 minutes from Menorca airport.
